Employment Services

The employment training program is led by Pivotal Point’s Peer Educator team. They teach job readiness skills in a fun upbeat manner that youth not only learn from, but enjoy! The Job Readiness Workshops they facilitate help youth find and retain employment by:

* Identifying barriers to employment
* Fostering healthy & supportive relationships
* Developing effective time management skills
* Teaching the importance of proper attire, etiquette, workplace vocabulary and hygiene
* Writing effective resumes and cover letters
* Developing skills toward their career interest

Our goal is to help our participants obtain jobs that mirror their dreams and vision for their life.
